1. Collection of Resident Information
When registering for JP Living, we collect your full name, verified email address, UAE mobile number, district location, and proof of residency (such as an Ejari tenancy contract or DLD Title Deed). This information is collected solely to verify authentic residency in Jumeirah Park and prevent unauthorized commercial access.
2. How Your Data Is Used
Your information is used strictly to:
- Authenticate your access to the private Jumeirah Park resident network.
- Dispatch MaxFix24 home service technicians to your villa address when you book a service.
- Send critical neighbourhood notices and technician arrival updates via WhatsApp and Email.
- Facilitate private resident-to-resident marketplace communications.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request complete deletion of your resident account and associated documents at any time by contacting our community privacy officer at privacy@jpliving.ae. Verification documents are permanently purged upon account termination.
