Terms of Service & Resident Charter
Operating rules for the private residential network of Jumeirah Park, Dubai.
1. Resident Code of Conduct
JP Living is a peaceful, family-oriented residential community platform. Members agree to communicate with respect and discretion. Defamation, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or unsolicited commercial advertising will result in immediate suspension of account privileges.
2. Real Estate Advertising Compliance
All property advertisements in Jumeirah Park must strictly comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.
- Villa owners may list their own primary property subject to Title Deed verification.
- Real estate brokers must possess an active BRN, ORN, and verified Trakheesi Permit Number.
- Listings lacking verified permits are automatically rejected by our compliance engine.
3. Home Services & MaxFix24 Liability
MaxFix24 is the licensed home services operating partner. All service bookings, warranties, and technician dispatches are executed under MaxFix24 terms of service with Dubai Municipality approved certifications.
